Order Information:
Before you purchase, know the firearms laws in your state. Federal firearms laws prevent the transfer of handguns directly to an individual in another state (we are located in Nebraska). Autolok AL-15 pistols are considered handguns. We must ship handguns directly to an FFL Dealer in your state of residence. Rifles (long guns) may be transferred at our shop in Kimball, Nebraska or shipped to an FFL in your state of residence. NICS background checks are performed on ALL firearms transfers. NO EXCEPTIONS!

We require a 50% deposit at time of order with the remaining balance due at time of shipment. Orders are generally built and shipped within 3-4 weeks.

Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We must have your billing and shipping address that is linked to the card. We will bill your card 50% of the amount due as a deposit and the remaining balance will be charged when your order is shipped.
We also accept money orders, certified checks and business or personal checks. Purchases made with personal or business checks may be held for up to 7 business days.

Autolok firearms carry a limited warranty to the original purchaser.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
Perfect Turning, Inc./Autolok Industries (“PTI/Autolok”) warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser. Autolok’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing any product upon inspection by PTI/Autolok at the manufacturer’s discretion. This warranty is limited and does not extend to careless handling, abuse and misuse, unauthorized adjustments or modifications, use of improper ammunition, excessive or unreasonable use, ordinary wear and tear, rust or corrosion, and barrel obstruction. The remedies of this warranty constitute the sole and exclusive remedies to any customer, purchaser, their successors or assigns, for any defect in the product. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty pertaining to the product. PTI/ Autolok disclaims any warranty, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall PTI/Autolok be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitations, lost profits, costs of delay, with respect to economic loss or injury to property or to third parties, whether as a result of breach of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise.
NOTICE: PTI/Autolok shall not be responsible for injury, death, or damage to property resulting from either intentional or accidental discharge of this firearm, or from its function when used for purposes or subjected to treatment for which it was not designed. PTI/Autolok will not honor claims involving this firearm which result from careless or improper handling, unauthorized adjustment or parts replacement, corrosion, neglect, or the use of wrong caliber ammunition, or the use of ammunition other than original high quality commercially manufactured ammunition in good condition, or any combination thereof. PTI/Autolok will not honor claims involving this firearm for any reason or cause when such claims are made by the second or subsequent owner.
